Susan Stevens began her career with JMS Brokerage in 1988 while still in high school. As a native of the Fox Valley, she attended high school in Hortonville and later attended UW Oshkosh. She is now the Vice President of JMS Brokerage.
Susan’s roots run deep in all areas of the health insurance marketplace as she has 29 years of experience assisting Individuals, Seniors and local small Employers with their health insurance options but her path has led to a greater expertise in the Senior Market. Much of that is due to learning to navigate the Health Care Provider System for her father when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and for her mother as she continues to battle a chronic long term condition in a local nursing home. Both circumstances convinced Susan of the importance of health insurance and financial planning. She is a firm believer that everyone should have the security health insurance provides and is working to make that a reality.
In her leisure time, Susan enjoys traveling with her daughter, Katrina, who also is a Fox Valley native, working as a counselor for Waushara County and the Outagamie County Jail. Susan also enjoys watching her nephews as they play in local sporting events. She is the proud parent of 1 cat, Rajah, and has a German Shepherd grand dog named Typhoon.
